Breed, actually evidenced
Registry ID and DNA parentage, or an honest "owner-attested" label. A verified percentage can never be claimed without proof.
The chain, end to end
Animal or lot ID, the carcass split that fans one animal into many cuts, then every transfer and shipment after it.
Who verified what — and when
Level 1 · Registry Record
The seller states this information themselves. Nothing here has been independently checked. Level 1 listings may describe a Wagyu cross or Wagyu-influenced herd, state a grade, and tell their ranch and diet story — but cannot claim a verified fullblood or purebred percentage.
Level 2 · DNA-Referenced
The breed claim is backed by a registration with a named breed registry and a DNA parentage or breed panel run by an accredited laboratory. The registry ID on this record can be checked against the registry.
Level 3 · Event-Verified
In addition to registry and DNA records, a TrulyMarbled-authorized verifier was present at processing and confirmed the identity of the carcass as it was split and tagged.
